An oldie, but a goodie, this mod is the grandaddy enhancer of Minecraft. And, it is still an old standby that still provides tricks some have never encountered.
IndustrialCraft Mod for Minecraft builds up some masterful features, such as mining, agriculture, and resource processing. Players can also armor up with the proverbial EUs (Energy Units). It includes everything the modern industrial era ever valued: generator arrays, energy storage blocks, lots of crazy machines, and powerful tools. Then there are the blocks that help with wiring it all together. It is the true definition of Grandaddy Standbys in almost every Feed The Beast mod released afterwards. Very few mod-packs leave it out.
Some blocks help add clocking and thus, simple yet powerful looking animations. It works well with the BuildCraft mod to evolve Minecraft into something, always more. This mod coupled with several other very cool mods can make Minecraft into an ever evolving, world wide phenomena. Use Rubber-Sheets and Metal Poles to barricade secure areas. Fly around the Nether with Electrical Jetpacks or make radical changes in the landscape scene with Dynamite-O-Mote. Just be careful hooking up the Nuclear power and when wielding the fantastic NanoSaber. You will want to definitely get this mod.
